Take out Guac and salsa for $10.02 total. Perfect for my chips at home. The guac was very flavorful and salsa had just the right amount of heat. I like that it wasn't pulverized to a soupy consistency. There were actual chunks of substance in both. Definitely better than all the ones I've tried from grocery stores. This is hands down the best I've had, and I've tried many, many restaurants around town. I'm picky when it comes to guac and salsa. And my chips gotta be TOSTITOS !

Father's Day take out As usual the food was great!! Order the Carne Asada (large thin cut ribeye, with beans/rice along with 3 soft corn tortillas Arrived to pick up food but waited 20 minutes for take out

This 4 star rating is based off island-Mex scale because I can't hold Hawaii to the same standards as mainland Mexican spots. I've been going to the place for a long time but never rated it. It has great service and it's filling. Kids love the enchiladas and I get the huge el campeon burrito. I usually call orders for pickup because it's hard getting the kids to go anywhere without nagging. My order is always ready working reasonable time and parking is tight but I manage to find a spot most times.

I really enjoy this Mexican Restaurant and the flavor and servers are really nice. I tried a few of the Taco Tuesday specials, which was good and tasty. The burritos were good and tasty and the veggies were fresh. My wife enjoyed her burrito also

Our family's go to for good Mexican in Kaneohe. My wife is a steady Chimichanga eater and my daughteroves their tamales but got Chile Verde last. I have worked my way through chimichangas, burritos, Chile rojo, huevos con chorizo and last had adobada quesadilla - haven't had anything i wouldn't order again. Mostly do takeout but when dining in love the complimentary chips and salsa. Parking can be a challenge sometimes especially when competing w Adellas net door.

Had a craving for Mexican cuisine tonight. Nice they offer chips with salsa. The salsa disappeared quickly, not enough for the chips, so had to refill. Any more than that would be an extra charge. Like everything else, prices have risen as well. The menu was redone with black marker to keep up. Must say, the pork carnitas was delicious. I love the slightly crisp ends mixed in the moist pork. We decided to change up to black beans & rice. The rice was fluffy but rather plain. Black beans were topped with a smidgen of cheese and touch of guacamole.. Overall, a definite go to. The chimichanga was tasty as well, topped with a red sauce, sour cream and a bit of guacamole.. My honey enjoyed it. What can I say. These entrees are our favorites. Kinda bummed about salsa limits since I' love salsa.

Came back again and it did not disappoint! The chimichanga is my go to. It takes about 10 minutes to come out and is totally worth the wait! It's so crispy and juicy. So so good! I ask for extra cheese inside and it makes it even better! I enjoy the beans and rice as well. They are also generous with their sour cream and guacamole.

Just went for dinner to El Mariachi's with a friend from Calgary, and it was delicious! We decided to have a "family style" dinner and decided on Seafood Nachos, Carnitas, and Chicken Flautas for the three of us. The Nachos were full of marinated fish and shrimp as well as REAL melted cheese instead of that nasty fake soft cheese sometimes used on nachos (can you say "pet peeve")? The Carnitas we're done to perfection; tasty, crispy, and moist / soft - Yummo! The Chicken Flautas were tasty and crispy and the guacamole grande was really good last night. Aside from the great meal, the service was wonderful with the staff helpful and prompt. As always, we'll be back for more yummy Mexican dishes!
